2nd Class shipping is free for all UK customers. We do not use any of the low-cost carriers due to the number of items that are lost and/or damaged in transit. At the checkout, there are also options for express shipping and tracking service at additional cost. For overseas customers, shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items in the basket.
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or you have received a defective item (which is extremely unlikely). If there is a problem, you are welcome to choose either a full refund or a replacement item. We will not quibble or argue with you.
